Is it ethical to use photos of your hot GF to sell your guitar? I prefer this method. Get Uncle George to hold it like a smelly murder weapon. Be sure to rock the salmon shirt and church pants.

I think that hot girlfriend photos are non-productive. Most people buying mid to high end gear know their gear and don't get distracted by the hot chick. I don't think it costs you any money to do it, and maybe someone will pay a premium if they think they are buying it from the girl directly.
But the trade off is that you know someone is going to save the photo and "enjoy" it later.
