A single (or complete set) White tipped 'Gibson Deluxe' branded Kluson style machinehead from ? For an old Double cut.

I'm fixing a guitar for a friend and it's been in my possession for over 2 weeks now already.

I've looked most places without much luck, even tried Gibson direct who weren't able to help.
