Hi!
I've been an avid lurker and an occasional poster for a little while now, and I was searching for a little help with an upgrade.
I've used a fender G Dec 3 15 for some time now, but now that I'm beginning to get some serious gigs, I wanna upgrade it. Is there a way I can make the amp 'put out' more in terms of LOUDNESS!?

Are you playing with a full band?
Obvious solution is to mic it, but if the venues you're playing aren't micing amps then I'm afraid you might have to enter the world of bigger and louder amps. Truth be told I don't know if Micing a 15 watt solid state combo amp would even give decent results in a live setting....you would have to hope the place would have monitors so you could actually hear yourself with drums going on. Does a G-Dec have a speaker out (not headphones)? If so you might be able to run it to a cabinet, but you're not going to get substantial volume increase, and also then you're buying and lugging around a cabinet as well as your amp, you might as well just get a gigging amp.
I would look into something at least 50 watts solid state, or 15 watts tube.

Yeah, doesn't look like the G Dec 3 15 has a line out or extension out jack, so you're kinda stuck. If it did, you could have sent out to an external power amp and cabinet to get the volume you need. But, as it is, without micing, you're kinda SOL on live gigging with this guy and Nick's points are good ones.
Looks like you might simply need to find a gigging amp that suits your needs.
