Hi
I've just acquired a 1966 mustang neck, 22 1/2. inch scale. I may build a custom body in the short term until I decide whether I want to recreate the full Mustang look.
Does anyone know if the bridge width is also narrower that a 24 inch scale (( or even compared to a strat or tele bridge)
thx

The Mustang bridge should be the same whether it's 22.5" or 24". I don't think I have ever seen the Mustang with the shortest scale. Please post pics.

the string spacing on a mustang bridge is the same as all other fender guitars (not including MIM and squier of course).

I'll try to take some - in the meantime the ebay pics are still visible

I think it's A sized - thats like a 3/4 size guitar - yes? very narrow and i think just slightly narrower than my tele necks hence the question on bridge width- I'll measure it properly when i get home.
