Do you guys know anything about them?
Considering getting one for guitar and bass use?
There is one selling locally for 450.
Bantam Bass Fender Amp
Read bad stuff about the speaker, but aren't speakers fairly cheap?

What the fuck is... "baffles baffle for a 12" or 15" speaker" and why do I have to bolt a baffle?

I think he's referring to the board on which the speaker is mounted, though I'm more familiar with that term being used to refer to the entire cabinet assembly.
If you look at the picture, you'll see the actual speaker basket on these isn't circular, meaning the opening on the board it's mounted on, likely isn't either.
Anyway, I have no experience with these but it looks cool as shit.
Price isn't too - too bad, considering these are pretty rare. For that reason, I highly recommend that if you do swap the speaker and board out, that you make sure the mod is completely reversible (Which I imagine is totally feasible).

YEah that is what I'd wanna do. I could probably lower it to 400, but how much are 15 inch or 12 inch speaker?! so weird.
They seem to be expensive, well. If I did it totally myself (which i doubt) I could probably do for 100, so then like 500 for an amp that is increasingly rare... that I can use...
HMMM. HMMMM!
Someone throw 500 at my for my Fender Bullet and Princeton Chorus SS amp

That totally depends on quality and reputation.
You could get a cheap Eminence or Celestion for like $50 or go as high as $300-$400 for some ultra mojo/vintage ones.
Edit: If you really want to sell that Bullet, chuck me a price.

Shit guy. 50 bucks for a loudspeaker... I'm sort of down.
The only way I can afford to do this amo business is if I sell my bullet and my current Solidstate amp, to make enough money to cover this amp purchase.
My gear budget is zero.

these are somewhat similar to a Bassman circuit-wise. They still sound pretty good with the stock speaker, even though its totally odd speaker.

Weeks on now and my brain keeps reading thread title as
FENDER BATMAN BASS. And it doesn't stop with repeated views.
