The old feedbacker was crap though. You were forced to use the DS-1 circuit distortion that was built into it, and it didn't really have any settings to tweak it (not that this has much more).JJLipton wrote:meh, kinda looks like rehashing old ideas. Feedbacker again seriously?

Although to agree with you about them generally rehashing ideas, I would love to see them put out a stompbox-sized Ring Modulator. Pretty much just because they haven't done one. They have one in some of the Multi-FX processors, but not in a stompbox.

From reading that, I'm guessing the "unwanted high screeching" type of feedback is not employed in the pedal (they're not exactly specific in that description), although I can't imagine that always being a bad thing for some of us.

I'm curious how the feedback thing works - sounds like some variation on a compressor.
What it SHOULD be is a digital polyphonic thing like the EHX Freeze. Just an EHX Freeze that I will trust to still work in 2 months.

It has an XLR input, and phantom power, shooooot. Thats my dream looper (good band name, or songs,h) .

They spent very short time on the feedbacker part of the first pedal, which I was interested in. Therefore I can only assume it's crap and they aren't willing to show it off in depth.

I just bought an original Super Feedbacker & Distortion, mostly just for the novelty of it. The FB-2 looks a lot more useable. The feedback on the old Df-2 does not change with tremolo movement. It's just a constant note that can't be manipulated while you're holding the pedal down. This new one looks like it can. I'm definitely interested in one.

I like when guys who are losing their hair a bit grow it out real long and tie it back. Reminds me of going to old car shows.

I'd quite like one too. The booster sections sound quite nice. Wonder if there suppose to sound like anything in particular. Ie is the treble booster supposed to be like its namesake or is a generic eq type of thing.
