this is the situation

an older guy in the neighbourhood sees-hears that I am playing guitar
het tells me he also has a guitar, bought over 30 years ago and then forgotten about
work, children, etcetera...
I say cool, what do you have

with the plastic still on the scratchplate
no oxidation, zero fretwear not a single scratch

Well he borrowed it to me for few days
i already made some subtile comments if hoe does not want to sell, but he does not bite

well, have to insist a bit more and he knows it is worth some money (based upon the fact that he paid a lot for it, he says)

That guitar is really beautiful. I must say, you do have fine taste in guitars.

Is the neck warped or anything?
