I went to my friends shop today and he just got in a 1967 Standel 410-c
(Link)
It's just like this and it looks almost new. Comes with the original case too. No,I am not buying it. I think he has to get $2,000 for it(it's on consignment).

Hard to say,but next Tuesday Mr Kurosawa from Kurosawa Gakki in Tokyo is coming to the store. He or one of his sons comes to the store every couple of months looking for vintage gear for their used and vintage store "Dr Sound"
(Link) so they are the target market for stuff like this.

Standel are famous for amps, they started making boutique amps in the mid-1950s. They are highly sought after. They tried a few times to break into the electric guitar market... in the late 60s they had a luthier make these guitars. They rare, like only 300 were ever made. They sold for very high prices, around $1000, and this is in the 1960s!
