Devi Ever and Light Rail do an Danger EP! DRAMA ENSUES

My band Danger Thieves, which consists of Devi Ever, Me, and Raina my special lady friend. We're a bassless band, just 2 guitars and drums, well except ships, I played bass on that instead of guitar.
Its some crazy fuzzed out stuff, give it a listen. We recorded in Jackpot Studio here in Portland. The same studio so many of my heros recorded in, that was a ton of fun. We recorded it all live except vox. I think there's only 2 guitar overdubs on the whole thing!
We should have real CD's soon and Hopefully a 10" in the near future!

same. CDs are a dead media for me, I don't even own a CD player outside of my computers.

So there will be no Vinyl. Devi kinda totally fucked me over, quit the band and let me go as a pedal builder all in 2 days, right after my girlfriend helping her out with money to pay for the EP. The EP which she booked to be recorded saying she'll pay for everything, then months later begs Raina for $. So anyway if you want a CD we did really cool hand made packages, and I took over the BandCamp, so all money goes to my poor girlfriend getting paid back. ugh what a mess

That and all the acid she brags about doing in her youth. It all makes me very sad, for her, and for the fact that I need to find a new job now

Could be a stupid question, but don't you have any rights as an employee? Employers should give notice/redundancy pay etc etc. When you employ people you take on responsibilities.

I wasnt an official employee, more just like freelance work. She's definitely not got her shit together enough to have actually hired employees of the company.

Oh man LRC that's a bit shit. Just listening to the music now and loving the sounds. So major suckage on the behaviour, the sacking and losing a band.
I've put this down along with Doogs album, serf x and ends shirts on my 'to buy' list when I'm back in paid employment.
Hope it works out dude.
EDIT: Fucking hell the music is GREAT - can you get someone in to replace Devi or is that it for the band now?
