has gibson ever made those guitars with p90's? i think i've only ever seen them with humbuckers. not that a properly balanced pair couldn't be awesome, but i do so love that versatility.

The non-reverse Firebird had 2 or 3 p90s along with the mini humbucker option. I've also seen the original Firebird shape with 2 p90's but it's alot more rare.

There was a Gibson Explorer with 3 p90s that was made in the 80s but I have never seen one in person...
