スクワイアコーナーの神聖かまってちゃん・の子さんの巨大パネル出現!良い意味で完全に浮いてました(笑)。テレビモニターではライブ映像が流れ、注目を集めていました。

Holiness of [sukuwaiakona] being concerned, enormous panel appearance of the child! Floating completely in good sense, it increased (laughing). In the television monitor live image flowed, attracted attention.

The 2nd translation is closer. Basically...the squire corner caught my attention. I felt excited and weird, in good way. The concert on the screen attracted everyone's attention. It looks like someones blog. But then again i have no idea.

I just learned something new. 浮いてる "ueteru" usually means "I'm floating, or i began to float" in standard Japanese. This is why the translator said floating. But in slang, it means "i attracted peoples attention because i'm weird, or i stood out in an usual way that got peoples attention. Usually people don't want this, but i guess in this case he liked it.

They don't really say child, they say かまってちゃん。It basically means attention whore...in a childish way.

I'm sure every anime fan has heard, or knows the word "chan", used after someones name.

No worries guys, I grew up in Japan. It roughly translates as:

I've borrowed some of my Grandmother's clothes and made some natty sandles out of insulation tape so I can stand on this train with my massive lollipop that looks a bit like a new Squier Jaguar.
