Faulty Boss LS-2

Hi,
I'm looking to pick up an LS-2 and have found one for sale with the following fault:

"one of the channels is not functioning at full volume....definately a fault. You have to turn it full up to get a regular volume. This position would normally give 20dB boost. However one channel is completely OK."

It's a pretty good price and I just wonder if this is a regular fault with these pedals and if it is easy to fix or the first step towards a complete fail?

Thanks

How much is it selling for with the fault? I bought of of these on ebay recently for around £40 + postage, I suspect that whatever it is selling for plus the cost of repair would come to more than £40 in which case it would be better to get a working one.

£20 I think. I agree, it's probably better to just get working one at that price.

Thanks

Yes, they are cheap enough just to get a working one. Unless you know you can fix it on your own, not worth trying to save the extra few $.
