This is awesome. I like strats.
But what would the costs be to design your own?

Custom Shop have always let you do it for like 2-3 grand? Most licensed Fender dealers around here had a little booth in the '90s where they had all the neck shapes for you to wrap your hand around and the colour charts, etc... you could set-up an order with the custom shop from the store.

Truth is, the parts are out there for you to build practically any Strat you want for far less, given how many variations have hit the actual market and then been parted out, not to mention licensed parts like Allparts and Warmoth. I've built no-compromise strats and teles for like $300-$600 depending on the original retail prices of the guitars the bits came from.

Yeah. But 2-3 grand is to much for a guitar, even if its made at your own design.

If i would make my own strat guitar i would take from allparts and warmoth have some other one to paint it.
