Need help identifying a guitar

On my daily classifieds search, this came up for $60 with an amp. The amp looks like a tiny little kustom which is perfect for my bedroom while I rebuild 30 watt Marshall, but what guitar is this?
Not quite a strat copy, and the 3+3 headstock and pickguard make it really difficult to identify...

That's what I thought, but the First Act strat copy has a different pickguard and headstock.
I finally spoke the the lady selling it and she's a piano and classical guitar teacher. The guitar and amp were left by a student who gave up and never came by to pick it up, and she knows nothing about it. She told me she'll call me back in the morning with more pics and information.

Guitar looks like it could be anything by first act/behringer/peavey/cort/etc. Only thing that strikes me as odd is the 3+3 headstock. For $60 for both it might be worth it if the amp is decent for a small practice amp.

Exactly, since even if it's a crap guitar, I could still flip it for $50. And if they're both crap, I should still be able to at least get my money back flipping the amp.
I look more at the body, and it looks like a Peavey Raptor, but with a strat jack and the 3+3 headstock.
