...mostly. I signed up in 2008 and forget to send the activation email. Well, i'm here now and i guess these are my short scales :D

Image

My first Jag, 2008 or something MIJ. It's got a Curtis Novak bridge pickup and the stock Japanese neck pickup till i get some moneys and can be arsed to spend it.

Image

My 2nd Jag, 2004-ish CIJ. Got an american trem and the stay trem arm (same as in the Johnny Marr sig) and a 3 way toggle... gonna be routing her for jazzmaster pickups very soon (when it stops raining...)

Image

My latest addition, 1999-ish CIJ. American trem and stay trem arm. Gonna be routing her for filtertrons same time as the blue one and sticking a toggle in place of the switches too.

Image

Finally, my original ss and my first decent guitar. My '69 re-issue. Absolutly love her but she doesn't get played much anymore due to the trem being useless for anything other than divebombs.

...so yeah, hi!

All your guitars are FIT. Filtertrons in a jag will be interesting, I bet it'll sound huge!

Welcome :)

Thats the idea, i'm hoping they'll be jangly clean and fat distorted *fingers crossed* mostly came about as i wanted a Duo-Jet.
Got a Pro-Jet and bought some TVJones then sold the Gretsch, bought another Jaguar and remembered i had those pickups.

If it makes it any better, i'm using a Novak JM-90 in the neck? (Until i decide i don't like the P-90 and get a regular JM pickup)

Hey wow, sunburst is suddenly sexy when the tort guard is out of the picture. White > black

All your geets look mighty fine! Welcome to the forum and be sure to keep us posted on your upcoming project(s)!

Nice guitars!
I love the sunburst / white pg combination. White or mint green looks so much better than tort.

As long as you are using a router and not a chisel. Nice fleet!

Haha don't worry, no chisel in sight. I borrowed a router and tbh am probably going to get me old man to do that part (wood-work and me aren't the best of friends yet).

And yeah i really like the white/sunburst combo. Originally it was just because i wanted the tort on the burgundy mist :) but it's really grown on me, i guess it's because its not so played out?

It's taken quite a while but i finally did the Jazzuar! Added a 4-way tele switch and using the rhythm circuit switch for switching the neck in and out of phase.

Neck pickup is a Curtis Novak JM-90 and the bridge is his regular JM-V. The pickguard isn't perfect around the bridge pickup but it looks alright from a distance.
