For anyone else in the "old dog learning new tricks" sect like me, this looks like it might be a pretty good read:

Just finished reading and the guitar man one. Both great books but guitar zero appealed more to my geek nature due to all the physchology brain science stuff in it. It's really interesting from a how the brain works point of view
