So I sold my RE20 delay and bought a Strymon El Capistan. I was pretty happy with the RE20 but it was a bit noisy and took up too much room on my board. So now I have it on the board and it sounds great - board is much better laid out as well. I have an expression pedal into the Strymon as well as one into my fuzz.

That looks like a really nice board! Talk us through the pedals? I can't make a couple out...

They're LAL pedals- Super Oscillo Fuzz and Angel Ring.

Sure - TU-2 --> Lastgasp Type 88 Superoscillo Fuzz (with expression pedal) --> Lastgasp Angel Ring Clean Boost --> Guyatone VT-2 Tremelo --> Boss DD3 --> Strymon El Capistan (with Boss FV500 as expression pedal)
I used to use the Angel Ring boost as a clean boost only but now I use it to fatten up the whole chain - the fuzz seems to be losing some volume over time (perhaps I should clean it a bit). Cables are Lava cable which I really like for saving space. The Fuel Tank Classic is great - it's made a big difference to the board layout.
Took me a couple of hours to figure it all out but it was time well spent. My only quibble is the tuner is a bit jammed in - I think I need to put it on a small riser to lift the input socket above the height of the tray wall. I'll just use a lump of wood with Velcro on both sides to do that.
