Real Lake Placid blue from 1963. As it appeared from the Fender factory then an there. no aging. no greening. The reissues can't touch it.
How someone came across such pristine examples of Fender custom colors that old and that minty boggles the mind. look at the Sonic Blue & Sherwood Green ones, hurts so good, want to touch the hiney
Damn, and he's got TWO EACH of the non-custom schemes in immaculate condition too. You generally don't see vintage Jazzmasters this clean, and now we know why: this guy has been stashing all of them.

Apparently, i referred to my Jaguar as having the beautiful curves of a woman when i first met my missus, it was never anything to do with the finish though.
