Fender Blues Junior - Buzzing badly

At my church gig, they have Fender Blues Junior that I was using until it started buzzing. The buzzing would continue even if you turned the volume to zero. I had to bring my own Blues Junior from home because it sounded so bad.

Is this a result of bad tubes? Can playing the amp in this condition damage the amp? Any help diagnosing the problem would be helpful.

Thanks

My guess is that it would be power tubes. When my Deville did that it was power tubes at least.

I just wanted to make sure it was tubes before I move forward. It's not my amp, but if I can get it fixed then I don't have to haul my amp to my gig.

Is there a way to look at the tubes while the amp is on to determine which tubes are the culprit?

Has anyone ever ordered tubes from this site: http://analogtubes.com

I found some replacement tube sets around $45-$55 range.
