the new squiers

I played a bunch of the newer squiers today.

J sign Jazzy awesome guitar. Neck felt great, pickups sounded awesome. Nice overall feel/fit finish

Tele special (the one with the fake -I think- jazzy pup)....IN Love with this one. Love the feel. Neck was medium size. Sounded an felt great. I love teles but liek a beefier neck pup. Middle position was just warm and awesome.

VM Strat (both rosewood and maples) I loved the black maple neck one. Both were great guitars but I like the maple neck on the balack one better. It just felt right. pups were great. Very much a strat. Not much more to say but it felt great. I am likely going to buy either this or the tele as I am switching back to play more electric in my band over the next couple months. PLUS.

They have these strats down to 249 right now. Throw in a GC coupon and you are talking like 225 shipped to home. Great deal.

Surfcaster. BEAUTIFUL guitars. Great feel. (if these had a maple neck I would have walked out with the surf green one.)


All in all, well played Squier. I would buy any one of these guitars in a heartbeat at the full price. Factor in what they are going to go for in 6 months on CL or when GC has big sales... done deal..
