Corgan Strat - A Question

Post by GreenKnee »

I know some of you are a lot more savvy with guitar electronics than I, and so I was hoping you could help :)

I got my Billy Corgan signature about a month ago, and I love it! It feels fantastic, and drives my amp into a lovely crunch with it's high output pickups. What I think is pretty cool about the guitar is that in positions 2 and 4, the bridge or neck humbucker is split, and so you still get the classic strat quack.

The only problem is that when in positions 2 and 4, there is a volume drop compared to positions 1,3, and 5. I was wondering if there'd any way for me to be able to rectify this problem. I have a booster pedal on my pedal board, but it's a pain when switching to these positions to have to turn it on all the time.

Thanks for any help :)

Jack
