nothing revolutionary, but seem like a decent idea.
i used to write down settings, but would always lose them.
now i take pictures on my cell phone, which i'm much less likely to lose and does the trick
but these seem cool and look better than tape

I had thought about doing this as well. Useful if you do lots of knob turning for sure.

I think i'll order some.
For me, it's because i usually have no idea what i'm doing, so if i dial in a sound, it's best to make sure i know how to get it again.
