Andy from PGS demos a very run-of-the-mill pedal

Good for PGS. I'd like to see them do more "ordinary" pedal demos like this:

I was thinkin' of posting this earlier.... yeh, Hopefully this is sign of things to come.

Wish he would disregard the expensive guitar & amp at the same time.

Maybe go for something like Classic 30 / Hot Rod Deluxe with MEX strat or Epi Les Paul, for example.

I reckon they are being hit by the poor economy, as we all are.

I dunno, I always thought of them as a shop that specializes in the curious and uncommon side of guitar gear. Obviously that would imply that a good number of their stock is going to be on the expensive side but I feel PGS has been doing a good job demoing stuff all over the price spectrum... They just recently did a number of Eastwood, Burns and Reverend guitar demos which are all rather affordable.

I think they'll continue demoing with items they actually sell :P

I remember when they made their DS-1 demo almost a year ago.

Great demo and i totally agree on the 'ordinary' stuff. We know it works and it is inexpensive.
The boutique gear is becoming boring, im sick of seeing and hearing it on a demo level to be honest. It says fuck all. We all know when you take a Pedal to stage levels it behaves differently.

I like that they demoed an inexpensive pedal too, but I thought that thing sounded like crap. Andy kind of looked like he knew it too--I'm pretty sure he threw up in his mouth at 0:44.
