It's weird, i think that Glasgow and it's surrounding area must be some sort of mecca for people looking for cheap Vista guitars. there's been loads of them in the £100/150 range. Anyhoo this ones £100 so someone should jump on it if it's still available.

i do worry when i see really sweet looking deals on gumtree/ebay in the same general area over a short space of time that there might be a lemon or two just getting punted on over and over.

Someone tell Robroe that Excalibur is now available. I believe that is the one he was looking for.

No brainer investment. I'd buy it just to sell it if i lived up there.

Amazing deal. I already have a Vista Jag, but I've got in touch with him. Probably already sold though.

the colour and Cobain reference makes me think someone bought it yonks ago, learned 3 Nirvana songs and probably gave up guitar at that point. There seems to be a lot of these (and supersonics) that people bought back in the day and say around unplayed. The price is crazy cheap if you know what you're buying. Most people just look up current Squier prices and post 'em up for that sort of price. Most folk have no clue what the Vista range are. My mate got a great white Supersonic for £100 last year.
The old Japanese Squier Strat I got on Gumtree was £25 and the dude that sold it to me kept apologising that it was old and not in "as new" condition. I had originally emailed him about an affinity strat that I wanted the neck off. He was selling that at £70 cos it was "newer". That one was sold already and he offered the Japanese one instead, he hadn't put it on Gumtree cos he thought no-one would be interested in it. Most folk are clueless about guitars actual value, and with everyone being on the internet these days great deals are harder to find.
