new band setup doesn't match my simplemind

so i've been meeting up with an old friend of mine, she has a band with her boyfriend and plays drums, thursdaynight we were discussing things for a new project because they want to go different ways from their band (homina) and i wanna go different ways for heavium, so it'll be something new.
the plan is to get some sort of industrial influences in there but the gear man..the gear.
she wants to use a kaospad, live drums, her boyfriend guitars and vocals, me guitars, vocals and drumcomputer. so how do i go about this ? setting up..we're having a first experiment this afternoon, i'm taking my stuff but it's gotta stay limited because we rehearse in the passthrough from bedroom to bathroom haha..very small, but cool place.
i thought taking that boss line selector and plug in a guitar and a drumcomputer then A B between those two, and send them both through a single pedalboard.
but..the pedalboard is on the ground for guitar, but i'm not putting the drumcomputer on the ground, on a table, so...shit. i don't wanna start buying all this shit for a seperate board for the drumcomputer. i still have some pedals that aren't on my board right now, but all my fuzzes are, and with the great destroyer being...well, destroyed, i'm missing a vital sound tool for 'my usual sound'..which totally sucks. the famulus and ultimate octave sound too tame.
i've got a spare chorus pedal, and a digitech xp200, the xp 200 is a bitch to connect with its hugeass adapter but i think i'm gonna use it again.
anyway, i was just wondering if anyone here has a double instrument setup and how do you go about it doing more with less, like a minimal setup and still create a racket but not a one trick pony sort of sound ?
i'm very excited about this, i've been craving to do something that basically gets the electronics from mcs and the garage rock/grunge from their band homina and mine heavium, i think it's a great match, but finding a setup is just a nightmare, especially with so little space, really crammed.
got a text now, they're picking me up soon, shiiit what do i take with me ?? xD
