I think Koa is the most beautiful of all the hardwoods used to make musical instruments. Nice

I wasn't aware they had made the GS in the 300 series guitars yet. I have been GASing for a 816ce for years. The GS body shape is a just fantastic.
Koa is a nice tonewood that will open up as you play it. So the guitar will sound even better in a couple of years. My 614ce is 12 years old and sounds way better than when I first bought her.

Amazing guitar! I assume it has the clear treble and warm mids that most taylors are known for?

The GS body is the bassiest Taylor guitar. Fantastic Strumming with lots of thumb and very articulate. The Koa will definitely add to the midrange and warmth.

So lovely, would definitely be the best recovery-assisting nurse I could imagine.
Spruce and Koa are really a nice combination, you get both punch and warm resonance all the way through, and I imagine it will be wonderful to see and feel the guitar age nicely in you hands in the coming years.

It is piercingly loud in that frequency range, actually.

Very nice! I played one of the 16 body style guitars a while ago, don't remember which series it was, but I loved it! I've owned my 414ce for almost 8 years now and I love it!
