New Acoustic Guitar

My dad is interested in picking up guitar--the retirmement community they live in apparently offers lessons. He wanted to borrow one of my guitars (I currently have two-- a 6-string and an 12-string); but I kind of wanted to keep both of them around. I was checking Craigslist yesterday and saw a local guy selling a Yamaha FG-110-1 for $95. The 12-string I have is a Yamaha; and I've heard/read good things about there other acoustics. Checked it out yesterday and went ahead and grabbed it. It sounds really nice. It was manufactured in China rather than Japan; so it's book value is probably less than it might otherwise be; but still a nice instrument that plays well and sounds good; especially for the price.
