Hi there, I own a Mustang CIJ and I thought you can only dive with the tremolo, but after I saw this video:
It makes wonder, it seems he's also pull the bar out raising the pitch, like you do with a floating system.
There'are some kind of adjustments to obtain that?
Thanks (bare with my english )

I saw his video, I couldn't believe you can do stuff like that with this simple vibrato!
But still no clue how to setup the bridge, maybe I should high raise the bridge, now it lays against the back...

The only way I can see the mustang staying in tune, is if the spring tension is strong enough and on its furthest notch that it resides back to its furthest position on the fulcrum. i.e. its not floating as such. It tube tilts back to it furthest point.
Either that or he pushes down on the trem just before checking the tuning again. If it is floating and he pulls back on the arm I would imagine it'd be out of tune for sure.
Lubing up the nut, string tree and saddles might help. Floating bridge would probably help too.
