I have no idea how to get the saddles out of one of these. They're not held in place by a retainer. The screws are immovable.
Any one had to do this before? Is it possible?

Not sure how that one works, but if it's like the Gotoh TOM you can't remove the saddles.

Nailed it.
Saddle screws have these little rubber washer things that are a hair wide that hold them in place. You technically can remove the screws but the washer can snap as per the first saddle I did. The others were okay.
