My Jazz Bass Project

Heres the story for this bass. I got it for free as a present and have ever since fucked with it. In its core it was a Black squier affinity jazz bass, with lots of scratches, and a broken volume pot. here are pics after i fucked with it, including adding a fake thumb rest, taking off the pickguard and sanding down the logo.

Now i have done a good amount to it, including refinishing it in Sea Foam Green, buying new pots and caps, but i need a new tone pot cus the guy at guitar center sold me the wrong size, and changed the strap pins, also bought a pearloid pickgaurd and a thumb rest. Now I want a new guitar fetish bridge thats a badass copy, and id like a racing strip, maybe one of those sticker ones on ebay.

Heres the neck, which is matching to the body


And the body so far, half the body looks darker because of some weird lighting but its all the same color.


It also has the same input jack, tuners, knobs, and pickups cus they sounded fine to me.

Soon it will be done i am just in need of a few parts, and some how lost the groundwire. Can someone point me in the direction of good cheap groundwire i could use. Thatd be great thanks

Ahh found you. Very cool man. That would look good with a white pickguard. What color are you thinking? Or you know maybe even a dark tortoise. Whatcha thinking?

i actually bought a white pearloid pickguard for it and it should be here around tuesday im thinking, ill post pictures when it comes in and i put on the thumbrest. ive also decided to use the stock bridge, cus its actually pretty good
