Thinline Mustang. Beautiful
Nut width of 40mm? That is like a toothpick. It would have to be wider for me to consider it. at least 42mm.

I want this one as well. Hollow Jazzmaster with no F hole! B.B. King's Jazzmaster.

I saw a black hollowbody JM 'in the flesh' in a shop in Kyoto last year. Not cheap, but it was one of the sexiest axes I'd ever set eyes on. I wish I could tell you how it felt/sounded, but if I'd tried it I would've bought the thing.
The only thing that puts me off the hollow 'stang (and the Jag) for that matter is the single F hole. That looks 'wrong' to me.

I played the Thinline Jaguar and it was the most trebly guitar I have ever played. I would love to give the Jazzmaster a go. I love the black guard on the natural finish.

No no no no no no. They don't look right with squared/bound edges. Needs the curves man.

I'm probably going to draw fire for saying this: Don't like seeing the wood through the F hole on that jag
Also:
Sorry that F hole looks totally awkward and ill placed. Maybe a smaller one to balance visually with the control plate might work

Reducing the size of the F hole would definitely improve the look.

Makes me think of one of Bilinda's Mustangs
It looks better with the Jaguar trem being moved back, but the modified pickguard allows it to have more room.

Is it built for Asian stature (vs. USAmerican height & heft)?

I think its fairly typical for most of the modern Japanese Mustangs. My Competition RI Mustang has a thin neck profile with a 40mm nut width. All the Mustangs on that site are 40 or 41mm.
My vintage 1969 Mustang neck on my Mullet-stang and the neck on my 1973 Bronco have 41mm nut widths.

I got to play one of these for awhile through a Roccaforte head with an Engl cab. It was a really nice playing and feeling guitar. Pretty pricy for what it is.

Hey, it's just a matter of taste. There's somethin here for everyone and we even tolerate a few style-Nazis.

Cheers,
