Wait what?
SCALE: 285mm
285mm = 11.22"
So the length from nut to bridge is less than a foot? How? Why? The basses are 14" scale. Pretty cute though.

It says in the description that it's 85% that of a standard guitar. I don't know if that means scale or body size. I think that would make sense for the scale as that would be a 21.675" scale.

Fuck, love the Jazz Basses.
I take it these are overhead compartment-able.

Works for me. I'd like my Jazz Bass now. Although the sonic blue Strat with the bridge hot rails is not bad for a Strat.

kinda hafta +1 this, sadly. their devoted base has been clamoring for
years decades to see more variety, so fender answers by essentially offering small replicas of what they have been building for almost 60 years.

That seems about right. I was going to guess in the 22" - 22.5" scale range based on the comparison pictures.

Certainly looks 22" ish.
It would be fun to have, just so I could look like a total GIANT playing it.

Don't see a problem, but surely the 80s Bullets would be better reissued? And what about a Mussy bass with a jazz pickups?
I dunno, I think people would look a bit silly playing these.

As much as a shorter scale would make the J-bass the most desirable four-stringer I could ever wish for, this is taking it a bit too far...even for me.
