I have them on my MIA strat, I love them. Makes restringing super easy, and they hold in tune very well.

I've had a set of locking sperzals on my oldest guitar for something like 18 years. I think they're great. The only tuners I actually enjoy using and restringing are vintage kluson style (with the pokey hole), and sperzal locking tuners (not tried other locking types).
Sperzals are fucking solid as a rock, have staggered pole pieces for 6 in line (doing away with string trees if you prefer), feel good, and take no time to restring.

Got a 6 in line set on my Charvel, and they work great. I put a 3/3 set on an Ibanez SZ320 that I used to have, and they were the same.
Only complaint I've ever heard is that since the grip on the locking pin is pretty thin, it isn't as easy to turn as some other brands. I think Schaller makes one with a thicker grip, but I've not tried those. Not a complaint I have though. I'd go with Sperzels again.

I have Indonesian copies of the Sperzels on two guitars and the Fender locking ones on three of my strats. The best thing about them is that they make string changing a breeze. There are instructions on Fender's website regarding where to position the holes for each string when restringing.
Edit: Sloan, forget the fender site, I was not thinking about the 3x3 so here's a link that addresses the 3x3:

Here's the fender sites instructions for you 6 in line guys. Just scroll down to "locking tuning keys":
