I'm thinking of getting a Pedaltrain 2 with a soft case but wondered how strong/durable the soft cases are? If anyone has any experience with them i'd appreciate it if you could post.

This thread is relevant to my interests.

I'm thinking of getting one too, just sos I can mount a power supply underneath.

Relevant to me too, I'm looking at a Jr so I have a small pedalboard that won't bog me down when I'm on public transport.

I've only got a mini but the soft case is plenty padded and well made for me. I wouldn't chuck it around like my Diago board, and not sure whether the bigger boards would be more exposed to damage in the middle but I'd say that they were fine.

I have a pedaltrain mini with soft case and a Pedaltrain pro with hard case.

The softcase does the job as long as you are the one doing the handling and not chunking it around. They are very well made.

If you have really expensive pedals, you might want the hard case.
