musicmaster guitar vs. bass size

Post by medicinebleu »

I played a 75' musicmaster bass today, after seeing how small it actually was, and how fun it was, I started thinking... this body looks just like the guitar model. I'm wondering if anyone here knows the difference in size in the bodies between the bass and the 6 string guitar.

75 feet?! That's hardly short scale.

I'm pretty sure all the basses (Bronco, Musicmaster, Mustang) are the same body as the Mustang/Bronco/Musicmaster/Duo-Sonics. Seems like it to me.
