Kramer 450G Tuner question

One of my students says he has Kramer 450G with a broken tuner. He wants to fix the tuner so he can play it. I think Kramer used Schaller tuners, but I am not sure which one. This is a German Kramer (according to him). I have never played a Kramer so I am unsure.
Anyone had one of these guitars?

To me they look like standard Schaller M6 tuners. They're good tuners.

That's what this resource I found seems to say as well.

I told my student to take a picture with his phone and send it to me.

I would tell him it's beyond repair and you'll buy it off him for $50, so he can upgrade to a Squier Bullet.
Would love a strum on that !!

I am interested to see how the Aluminum effects the sound.

I actually like this student and it will be his first guitar, though I might ask for dibs if he sells it.

Thats a kingly first guitar. People pay up to a grand for one of those.
