350 bucks for a 12 string fender villager.
anyone have one? do the acoustic necks drop in on other guitars?

Yep, pretty sure (would be completely sure if it wasn't quite so likely you're going to sprint up there with your hard-earned cash tomorrow morning) that they're regular electric necks that you can drop into another body. That said, my friend has a Malibu, and it's about the worst acoustic I've ever played. Ridiculously keen price though.

The fretboards are cut for the soundhole. If you can muster the courage to destroy a vintage instrument, I suppose you could file it down to an electric shape and slap it on a fucking Jagmaster or something.
I want to say someone on the boards did use a villager neck for an electric xii project once....sublimedo maybe?

I had a Fender Sonoran, it had an almost electric shaped neck but with a big extended heel like a normal acoustic. It felt like a cheap electric neck so I wouldn't recommend pulling the neck off and trying to attach it to something else.
