Anyone from the UK ordered parts from Angela's?

Post by Thom »

Without getting done over by the extortionate $39.99 shipping fee?! I can't seem to find any other international shipping options.
I may need to ask a favour of one of our US 'scalers...

I would shop elsewhere, they're pricks. I bought from them a couple of times on ebay and they were slow to ship, which I didn't really mind, but when I asked a question about an item they had up they blocked me from asking questions or from even bidding on their items.

I asked them before if there were any different shipping options as the only option was nearly $40 for an $8 part and the reply I got was.

"THE PRICE STATED IS THE SHIPPING PRICE. IT'S RIGHT ON THE LISTING!"

Total arseholes.

Squier Musicmaster?
I got one from ebay.com all-in to the UK for I think sub £20

*EDIT*
I might have had it from Guitar Parts Resource (they also sell on ebay)
They're not listing it on their site, only the Torronado Bridge

I actually prefer the Squier MM bridge to the Toronado item, the Squier plate is actually thicker and the saddles sit slightly higher.
Bear in mind that the string though holes are placed further back on the MM bridge.

*Re-edit*
After a little think and a hunt around my ebay account, I'm semi-convinced I got the MM bridge from This Seller
Not a massive help, as they're not listing any but sending an email might get you somewhere?

Thanks for the info, but crumpler is sorting it out for me. Shipping to the US is only $3.50 so normal shipping to the UK on top of that should be alright. Cheers.
