New Fender "Competition Series" Pedals

Fender are releasing four new "Competition Series" pedals: distortion, overdrive, delay and chorus.

According to Fender GB's Twitter feed, the RRP for all four is £77.99. Fender's US website has the distortion and overdrive at $89.99 and the chorus and delay at $99.99.

Yeah, they've obviously identified a massive gap in the market for dirt, chorus and delay. Only with stripes.

Those pedals are ugly. Hopefully these won't be re-housed starcaster pedals.

I like the sine chorus on the the Fender Mustang amp, if this sounds the same I might just get it.

Actually, my first thought was a blast from the 1980s, rather than cool comp stripes.

The bypass switches look rather cheap and not solid looking.

The footswitch reminds me of Arion pedals.
