I think they're cool as fuck. Are they 24" or 22"?
I hope you're going with the arrow headstock as well

well, im going to try to use a 24" conversion neck i have laying around from a jagmaster -- I think the CBS head-stock has enough wood on it to do a sort of arrow headstock so I'll try that first

its not gonna look perfect with those big tuners but at least it will be a free neck

Use a squier mini strat neck, add a piece of wood, recut it, and then just install F tuners which it is already set up for like I did (:
EDIT: the mini necks are 22.75 scale so it's the closest you can get to the original neck without destroying a vintage one.

that sounds like a LOT more effort for a neck that will be uncomfortable to play when im done with it!

Eh, what is the bridge position on that body? Does it support the conversion neck, ie is it placed for strat scale?

cooter cut the guard for strat scale so the conversion neck should work as well-- theres gonna be a gap between bridge and the guard but i think it will look ok since its hardtail

just updating this with a pic of the body with 24" neck. i think its gonna be great and while its a small body it doesnt feel as tiny to me as the mustang does
sort of a compromise between jaguar and mustang body size

Originally swingers were 22.5" scale. If i was making one, I would make a 24" scale swinger. Big fan of the Swinger Headstock.

Well the hard part is done, now you just need to radius the point. Can't wait to see how this project goes.
