MIM CAR Cyclone - how many moneys?

There's an MIM CAR Cyclone in the local classifieds for $500. It appears to be in good condition, and is located in my parent's neighborhood.
How's the price seem?

Well, I started haggling at $350, but the most he'd go down to is $450. He mentioned that there's a scrape on the bottom of the guitar. Anyway, he promised to hold it until Friday for me. Apparently, it's got an original gig bag and... err, gig bag candy?
I've got a pretty beat 78 Musicmaster with a GFS Hot Rails listed locally. If that sells, I'll get the Cyclone.

I was trying to keep the sale local since I have 0 guitar boxes. But I suppose I can wrangle something up. I'm gonna go back home at some point this week (I'm in San Juan for a few extra days due to a death in the family), I'll take tons of pics and list her.

P.s. I was asking about second dibs on the Musicmaster, not that cyclone, which looks sweet with the comp stripe.
