So I saw this Bronco bridge on ebay today that was pretty clean. It is going for $250.00 I would buy it but damn that's too much IMHO. But the auction had pretty detailed pictures of it and there arent many pictures of the bronco bridges out there so I thought I would re-upload them and share them with everyone that is interested. Maybe a mod can sticky it or something.

Good pics, very pricey bridge. My Bronco only cost about $100 more than that (for the whole guitar).

Does it even come with the trem arm? The price is a joke.

I hate to admit it, but it's a fair price given how rare the Bronco tremolos are, and unless Fender starts busting out some more they're not going to get any cheaper or easier to find. :( A whole lot of mutha fuckers sitting around with incomplete Bronco's that are only missing the tremolo/bridge. I used to be one of them. An American vintage Mustang tremolo arm will fit the Bronco like a glove, so no problem there.

damn, that is clean. i almost said it had to be NOS, but then i saw the underside with the paint scuffs on it. that sat inside a case in someone's closet/attic for decades, guaranteed. and they lived in a desert. hly sht.

but yeah, i think there's little hope of that trem assembly ever being mass produced again. all the other bridges share at least SOME of their major parts like saddles or anchors with another system, but the bronco system is almost 100% unique unto itself. i bought a mostly complete, kinda beat-up package from dddave when i was in the hunt to build a bronco years back, but i ended up ebaying it when i got desperate for cash (purchased back unknowingly by dddave, weird). haven't been able to afford once since. no matter, the body became the rhys-project.

someday i'll be able to afford to get all the parts or just pick up a completed guitar.

How bad do you want it? I would wait for it not to sell and then offer him $200. If it sells, you can have moral superiority. Fuck that guy. On the other hand, any part can be worth whatever gets it for you.
