Anyone used on one these on an electric guitar? Considering fitting a Fishman Powerbridge to a Telecaster.
Not going for the whole routing/Powerchip option - would run a stereo cable into a splitter box and use a volume pedal to control the 'acoustic' path.

Haven't personally used one but Pete Townshend and Frank Black both use the powerbridge... they sound exactly like a plugged in acoustic w/piezo when you see 'em live which kinda sums up how unnecessary piezo acoustics are.

Yeah, Frank Black has it on a few guitars and it sounds great.

Not sure great is the right term but passable I would say... of course it's subjective, and coming from an Electric guitar.
An AC-3 which everyone hates sounds just as good IMO

That video is horrific, edits and all.
The Fishman piezo sounds a lot better than an acoustic pedal if run into a PA/acoustic amp. For me, it's a better option than lugging my piezo-equipped acoustic around.
