Either this guy is rich as fuck to the point where he doesn't care that he's practically giving these pedals away (most likely since he's in west LA aka the good part) or it's a scam. In case you're too lazy to check it out, here's his prices:
Boss FZ-5 Fuzz $35
Boss GE-7 Equalizer $30
Boss BF-3 Flanger $30
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor (x2) $40 each
Boss DD-6 Digital Delay $40
Boss RV-5 Digital Reverb $60
Boss AW-3 Dynamic Wah $25
Supposedly, he's selling them for a client who used them in a home studio setting.

I bet if you offered him less, he would probably take it. Those prices mean he justs wants to get rid of them as quick as possible.
