It's kinda neat but horribly misrepresented.

Pretty cool but remember what Jim Shine has said about these:

"The necks are not made with real truss rods. They will sometimes have a fake truss rod adjuster nut in place that screws to a bolt secured under the fretboard. The body will be plywood or cheap nato mahogany looking wood. The necks are heavy grained ash looking wood."

Check out his webpage for more info:

Yeah, there's a lot about the aesthetic and apparent construction that screams low quality.

What the hell is up with the bridge hole configuration?? Kinda curious what they used.

i had three servicemen jaguars.
2 had bleached white mahog necks, both were without a truss rod.
the third had a super rare spalted maple neck with a solid steel bar for a truss rod.
they were all playable and just needed a small bit of love to get them just about right

Surely there's no market for these garbage guitars since Squier started making Jags.

the prices seem to be all over the place, the best serviceman i bought was the cheapest. like 130 bucks. but i know the white one i spent a lil over 250 or so for it, and sold it for 250 to dodgedartdave, and he turned around and sold it the same week for over 500 bucks on ebay. literally its just who is online when they see one and who thinks it worth a shit.

I love my RobOG Serviceman Jag. It feels and sounds like a vintage Les Paul but looks better.

the one that fredo got was bar far the best one of all. lpb with matching stock, and its checked and aged oh so nicely, i remember the bidge pup didn't work so i hacked the pickguard and put a seymour duncan bucker in its place, and i put a tom on it, with a fake mute. and if i remember correctly the trem on it works smooth and is very reliable. and i think that was the one that the pickguard goes all the way around the guitar and the plates sit on top. and i want to say that the black 3 ply stripe is actually painted on , i have a stupid fucking memory when it comes to guitars.
