I love how he included the repair work as part of the video.

Where do you find a Hannah Montana amp anyway?

Edit: It's an iPod Dock. $40.00

great showmanship sloan, I like your edits.

mildly off topic, but does any one have any idea of getting the sound of the speaker failure without actually busting some speakers? a power starve on a dirt pedal or something similar is my first thought.

Yeah, I've had a few fuzzes (Wolf Computer, Fuzz Factory, Chunky Cheese) which can do that sound bang-on.

Devi Ever's Torn's Peaker sorta nails that sound, as well.

Nothing quite like an actual messed up speaker, which is what I assume this here is:

I have gotten that sound a few ways. One is by actually busting a speaker out of a old crate solid state combo that was like 45 bucks in 1997. I've also gotten it from a sound toys plug in called the decapitator. The other way is with my voodoo labs power supply. It has that old 9v running out of juice setting that starves power. I love the sound.

Spirit in the sky is one of my favorite songs and tones ever! Classic! Thanks
