So the triplebucker would always be on. The JM pickup would sort of be it's own thing, with it's own on/off switch and separate vol/tone control. When turned on the JM pickup would blend with whatever setting the triplebucker was on. To get the JM pickup by itself you simply lower the volume of the triplebucker to 0 while the JM is on.

The bigger problem here is filling up the Strat trem route and routing for a Jazzmaster trem.

what about
Elmer's Wood Grain Filler with some properly measured blocks of wood filling most of the space. Then just paint over it. I would mount the bridge on the wood block filling the strat trem. and route the JM trem the traditional distance from the bridge. I'm open to other people's theories or if someone took my idea and ran with it. It'd put me at ease to see someone smarter than me do it first

my dad used to use that stuff to fill in holes in our deck, when stained it's hard to tell it apart from the real wood. It's strong too, like strong enough to be nailed into and not crack

Nah you'd be better off modding a Jazzmaster. Plenty of them around these daze.

I reckon you'd be better off adapting a Blacktop Jazzmaster really...

Cur, right again.
I haven't liked that upper horn either, like a Popsicle somebody sucked on but that control plate makes it better. I agree about the Marauder blue , looks great.

I love it, it's got a retro 60's thing going on. It reminds me of old italian guitars. I like it because it's
not a Jazzmaster. Not saying that I don't love the Jazzy and the Jaggy.

Used this blue for my offset. Lovely color. The marauder is nice but I never use it... lol.

I love that marauder, it's just that 5 way switch, something just rubs me the wrong way about it. I feel like since the original Marauder had jag switching and jag pickups that because this one has a Jazzmaster pickup it should incorporate some Jazzmaster controls. I feel like who ever designed this was a minimalist or maybe even an underachiever O.O

I've just had that blueprint sitting in my hard drive since I first saw the Modern Player Marauder, I'm most likely not going to get that guitar. I know for a fact that my next guitar is going to be a CAR Squier Jazzmaster. Just wanted to get this blueprint out on the internet.
