I don't get it, subscribe for 6 months for £29 and get a pedal board worth £60?

If this pedalboard was 10 cm longer i'd be all over it.

I've decided to give this a shot. I've been wanting a lighter weight pedalboard for a while and walking to the station with my guitar and pedalboard this morning in the (not really that hot) english early morning sun convinced me to give this a whirl. I'll report back my findings.

I have a car, doesn't look like that though. However working in Southwark, going home to Croydon to pick up the car to drive to rehearsal in Camden is a little bit pointless.

Also, it's apparently too wide to fit in a sparking space so you'd get into arguments with traffic wardens.

That's in Dutchland. The roads are narrower over there.

Love me a lolvo 240 estate. My dad had one when i was born that he only got rid of when i turned 18.

Think i'll get on that offer. I like guitarist, and i need a pedal board, so it makes sense.

Bizarre, link says that but page doesn't.

The think the Total Guitar subscription with free pedalboard is no longer valid, despite being listed as being until the end of July. I was going to try and go for that one as the 6 month subscription was something like £21.49.

The board arrived. Looks pretty good and sturdy, the bag too. However, a word of warning - the claim that it fits up to 10 Boss pedals is false. It will if you only use batteries and don't mind the pedals being super close together. There is no space for the power jacks, even if you use L shape jacks. Realistically you could fit more like 8 pedals, the back row being fitted on their side.

However, it's given me a reason to slim down the amount of pedal on my board!

That's a decent delivery time there. Maybe I'll get mine by the end of this week then.

I was planning on putting my Jamman dual pedal on the board, but if it's itsty bitsy teeny weeny I might not. Still, if it works out too small, I still think it as a pretty good deal.

Ikea do an chopping board that look exactly like it...

My new, nearly, completed pedalboard set up. I had to take it into work before practice yesterday and it was so much easier and lighter to carry than my previous board. I think this may be the future for me.

Very tidy setup! Cool to see an all Boss pedalboard too.

4 of the 7 have been modified though.

Cool what modifications have been done? I'm guessing to the drive pedals and compressor?

Update on the commuter board.

After about a month's use the bag started to split along the seam where the carry handles meet the bag. It seems that this is the only place where the handle is secured to the bag, not very well designed in my opinion. I contacted Diago and due to the fact that it was a 'free gift' I couldn't send it back to the distributor for a replacement, however the Diago guy agreed to try and repair it for me for free - I just had to pay for it to be sent to him. It came back, with few Diago goodies, however after about another month it split again - this time worse than before. It worth noting that I didn't treat this bag/board roughly, just carried it to work, then to practice, on the train like any 'commuter'. I also didn't overload the board.

Due to the 2nd round of damage to the bag I have now given up with this board/bag and I opted to buy a Pedaltrain Jnr - the bag for which seems vastly stronger than the Diago.
