Patch Cables

Post by Gabriel »

Does anyone know where I can find some more patch cables like this?

I used to buy them from Johnnyshredfreak, but now they don't stock them anymore.

I'd really like a few more as I'm about to put together a pedaltrain mini board and these are the perfect size. I've been offered a good price on a george l's cable kit but I don't really want to go for a solderless system and also it'd be way more expensive than a couple more of these cables.

The other option is buying a metre of blue van damme cable and some pancake jacks from bitsbox but I'd rather someone else did the soldering work for me

eBay. Or search Google for 'Pancake patch leads'

You'll find plenty of results.

Sorry, just seen you mention the pancake jacks part. I've soldered these before and they're an absolute doddle. If you just buy some cable or recycle an old guitar lead it should be pretty straighforward...

Cool I'll probably just make up a bunch, I found Van Damme cable for £1.50 per metre and the jacks for 70p each. So it won't cost much to put them all together.

edit: sorted just ordered a bunch of the jacks and some cable!
