Which (budget) acoustic modeling pedal is best?

Behringer AM300, Behringer AM400, Mooer Acoustikar, others? Theres a couple of cheap Boss AC-2s and AC-3s on craigslist but they're hella far and really not worth it.

I heard that the Behringers pop/click when they're switched on and off, and I definitely heard it in the AM300 demos, but not in the AM400 demos. Also, whats the major difference between the 300 and 400 other than the reverb?

I happen to like my Boss AC-2, so does Jez Williams. I hear no click whatsoever, I only really use it on the Jumbo mode which sounds great.
